Requirements for statements made in medical materials
Your role may require presentation of clinical data, information about diseases, product information etc through a number of channels including written and verbal communications. In addition the activities through which you deliver medical communications may be non promotional or promotional. In all of these types of activity there are some fundamental requirements relating to the statements that you make, which your signatory will need to check.
